Our focus on Clubs and Sports League photography has allowed us to specialize and customize our efforts, internally and externally, on this market segment. The result is a scalable business model capable of serving youth organizations throughout the central and northern Vermont region.
Internally
Focus means our systems are specialized, created and optimized for this one purpose. Additionally, DSI systems are developed internally, from our automated database systems to our custom Photoshop artwork. Internal customization makes DSI flexible and responsive. Years in the making, we continue to fine tune our procedures and systems evey time out. From start to finish our internal systems work together to drive production and to provide customer service. It has been exciting to see the pieces come together and more thrilling to see our internal systems in action.
Externally
Focus has allowed us to challenge ourselevs, expanding our comfort zone to include "staged" Photographic Services. Since we internally control the artistic process, we know just how to "stage" the action so it all works out in the end. It's just fun to explore the possibilities. Beyond offering the most exciting picture day, DSI Action Shots can be used as a coaching tool for teaching proper technique, no longer is picture day a wasted practice. However, we still offer standard studio style portraits, we provide the options you make the choice.
