Internal Procedures
We have been internally customizing our systems since DSI began in 2007 and we continue to improve ourselves every time out. Internal Processing is our strength, knowing how all the pieces fit together allows DSI complete flexability and control. Control that assures a smooth picture day with quick delivery of first rate products with individual customer support. We believe, if you look good, we look good and our internal systems guarantee it. Shipping all the raw images off to some bulk processing plant is not DSI. DSI is a producer of Vermont hand crafted products assited by state of the art automation.
Internally Customized Automation:
Internal automation drives our product creation with push button ease. Automation alllows DSI the capacity to handle the largest leagues, even mulitiple leagues at the same time without missing a beat. Automation saves DSI time, and we use this time to handle the delicate items by hand, assessing and selecting the best images for hand optimizing before the automation begins. Automation is our strength but since we maintain internal control we can stop the machine and fix issues by hand when needed. Even when we internally hand package each individual order, automation is there to asssist with quality control. Our internal systems both automated and manual are fully integrated and intentional, when we are done your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Internally Customized Artwork:
Automation isn't everything, it is our power but our beauty is in our internally created and customized Photoshop templates. Our customized artwork is what sets DSI apart from all those who pump out generic products. Our internally crafted sport/theme specific Photoshop templates are used in all our products. Knowing how everything fits together gives DSI the edge, we are infinitely adjustable in all aspects of design and procedure. This is why our products stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Customer Support
Our internal systems allow us to handle the masses without individuals falling through the cracks. No issue is forgotten or to small, our system allow us to track and handle indiviual issues and special requests.
Timely delivery
